Lesson 30: Change- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

On the tomb of a bishop in Westmister Abbey are these words:

When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country.
But it, too, seemed immovable.
As I grew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.
And now as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I had only changed my self first, then by example I would have changed my family.
From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then have been able to better my country and, who knows, I may have even changed the world.

Change creates unique opportunities, but only for those individuals who recognize it, and seize it. You see, if it is change that you seek, then you must first be the change that you desire. Begin with yourself and heal old hurts, mend past relationships, forgive and love. Because not only do you possess the power to change who you are, but you also have the power to change the world. Your personal journey of transformation begins within yourself, and holds for you a lifetime full of abundance, peace, prosperity, financial freedom, and much more, as long as you remain open to all possibilities. You are your own creator, and you have been blessed with the unique ability to choose the life you desire. Move forward in your life and Choose Courage, Choose Faith, and above all, create a shift in human kind by becoming the CHANGE this world deserves!

Move forward in love and light!

Lesson 29: The Little Things- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

Before my husband and I were married, we dated for almost two years. During that time he lived in an apartment about 20 minutes from my home. Because he fit the typical bachelor model, his apartment had never seen a broom, mop or toilet scrubber. Needless to say, his bachelor pad was quite disgusting. It bothered him to have a untidy home, but he worked long hours, and was rarely home, so his apartment ended up last on his priority list.

One day while he was at work, I used his spare key to get into his apartment. Equipped with all the finest cleaning products from Pine Sol to Ajax, I scrubbed his apartment from top to bottom. When I left, his home was shinny clean and vibrant. He returned home several hours later to a sparkling apartment and a card on the table that said “I Love You”.

All it took was a little time and elbow grease on my part to make a huge impact on him. You see, it’s the little things you do in your life which carry the most value. It is not about the amount of money you spend, but rather how much thought and heart you put into it.

Make a difference in someone’s life today by doing something that touches their heart, and NOT your wallet. You will find that the little things you do today are what you will be remembered by tomorrow.

Lesson 28: The Law of Attraction- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

The Law of Attraction states that you attract to your life whatever you give your attention energy and focus to. It has been described by many with a metaphor of a genie in a bottle. Whatever it is you give your energy to, the genie grants your wish each time. The reason this works is because we live in a universe governed by law. The law of attraction is a universal law which allows us to attract into our lives whatever it is that we desire by placing our attention upon it. So what is it that you are attracting into your life? Most people place so much energy and attention on their misery that they just end up being more miserable. When you place your attention on your lack of happiness, you will end up being unhappy.

It’s time to redirect your thoughts, and place your attention upon that which you DO want, instead of what you don’t want. You see, the quality of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. By maintaining a healthy way of thinking you can have a life that not only flourishes, but one that is filled with all your heart desires. Go forward today and conquere your thoughts because you are the only one who can create your own happiness.

Lesson 27: Learning- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

I want you to think back to a time when you feel as if you failed. Maybe you didn’t do as well in school as you had hoped, or perhaps you failed to perform the necessary tasks at your job to receive a promotion. It could be that you feel you have failed as a parent, or spouse. Despite what you did to succeed, you still failed. In those moments of “failure” you view them as a negative part of your life, when in all actuality; they are your biggest blessings. In fact, your failures could be the most paramount blessing you will ever receive in life. That’s because your sole purpose in life is to learn. You are here to learn about yourself, learn about others, learn jobs, become knowledgeable, learn to have faith, and much more. Your failures allow you to learn in a way that your successes do not.

Remember back to a time that you did something “right” the first time you tried it. It came natural to you. It was simple. It didn’t really take much effort, and so it really wasn’t necessary to try it any other way. What did you learn from that easy situation that created a major impact on your life? Probably not much!

Now, think back to a time when you tried to do something over and over and you just couldn’t do it. You might have become frustrated, confused and discouraged. Perhaps this could have been a marriage that you tried to reconcile and was unable to, or maybe this is a child that no matter what you did, they just didn’t turn out the way you thought they “should”. Whatever the situation, those so called failures of yours are actually your greatest teachers. You take the lessons that you have learned and you begin to apply them in your everyday life.

The failures you have experienced in your life are your supreme teachers. They teach you a new way of being. They are what you take with you into each new situation. They are what you have to look back on as a reference. They have taught you things that no success could have. The so called failures are your greatest ally. Bless them each day, for they are what have molded you into the person you are today.

Lesson 26: Taking Risks- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

How determined are you? Just how bad do you want to improve your way of being? What exactly are you willing to risk to ensure that you have all you desire? If there is one thing I can promise you, it’s that our universe is gracious and giving to all those who are willing. You must be willing to step out of the little bubble you live in called your comfort zone, and step forward into a new defining moment for yourself. As you gradually move out of the comfort zone you live in and begin to take risks, what you are actually saying to the universe is that you deserve more. The more risks you take, the more opportunity you will be given to take risks. The more willing and open you make yourself to opportunity, the more reward you will receive.

It’s just that simple!!

Think any self made multi-millionaire; do you think that they just immediately became rich by sitting in their cubicle in their comfort zone? No, they didn’t! They had to expand their way of living by taking risks, and they had to actually trust that when they took those risks, they would actually grow, learn and prosper from them in some way. This is not to say that when you take a risk you will instantaneously become rich and happy. What it says is that as you take risks, you begin to open the door for yourself. You will begin to trust yourself to take more risk, and you will also begin to trust the decisions you are making. To take risks doesn’t mean make irrational impulse moves. It means that you decide to do something that is well thought out and planned which you haven’t previously done in your life. You do this with the intention of growing to a new level of being within. When you step out of your comfort zone today and take a risk, trust the decisions you are making, and know that if your palms aren’t sweating, you’re probably still comfortable. Move forward today into risk and a new found growth!

Lesson 25: The Angel within- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

“I saw the angel in the marble and I carved until I set him free.”

That was Michelangelo talking about how he approached his work as a sculptor. He didn’t build the statue, in other words, but got rid of the unnecessary stuff that was surrounding it. He absolutely knew that beyond what the eye could see was a beautiful being, waiting to soar. So what is the marble in your life? What is it that you must work through in order to free yourself, and allow your heart and spirit to guide you? Perhaps you are still hanging onto that bit of resentment towards someone you love, or maybe you haven’t fully forgiven yourself. Whatever it is, it’s holding you back from achieving your true potential. Review the previous exercises if need be, and truly dig deep into your heart. Continue each day to improve and progress in your life. Just as Michelangelo did, I suggest that you try this approach in 2009. You have the potential to create miracles in your life by chiseling away the extraneous material that’s obscuring your own unique beauty. It is right in front of you, waiting to take form, all you need to do is allow yourself to see the angel that you are.

Lesson 24: Clear Away the Clutter- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

Over the past 6 months, I have had the privilege of walking through numerous homes that were on the market for sale. Each home that I walked through had its own unique layout, and individuality, but they all shared one common denominator, they were all full of clutter! Clutter from the homeowners work space, the kids’ toys, laundry, etc. In fact, most of the garages that I went into, were filled to the brim with junk! The cars were parked outside.

The point is that our society tends to hang onto everything! Clutter creates chaos!! It is time to de-clutter you homes, and your lives. Don’t keep things just for the sake of it. In order to simplify your life, it is important to simplify our material possessions, because when you have disorder in your living environment it is difficult to appreciate the benefits of a simple lifestyle. Keep what you need and throw away what you never use. If you haven’t used it in the last year, it is time to either donate it, or throw it away. By clearing out the clutter you will not only be more organized, but, you will also be receiving the gift of inner calmness. You see, when you simplify your life by clearing away the clutter, you begin to create that inner calmness within yourself. You begin to create a sense of peace, tranquility, and serenity. Not only in your home, but within yourself!

Choose a new, clean, simple way of living today for yourself. Clean out that closet, car, garage, basement, or whatever else may be cluttering up your life. Do this one simple step, and you will soon notice that the clutter in your mind, in your heart, and in your relationships, will quickly dissipate.
